Bridgehampton's Morgan Hill Farm has been sold, a real estate source says.
The 12,000-square-foot house is owned by Dennis Suskind, a former Southampton councilman and a founding partner of Goldman Sachs, and wife, Cynthia. The last list price was $15.9 million. When it went on the market in 2007, the asking price was $27 million. The closing price has not yet been made public.
The 11.6-acre property has an indoor pool, and tennis and basketball courts.
Scott Strough of Strough Real Estate Associates was the listing agent. Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group brought the buyer, a New York family involved in finance.
Famous neighbors include actor Kelsey Grammer, who has put his mansion on and off the market for the past several years.
